MARINA LOCATION
Coles Point Marina and RV Resort is located on the Potomac River, approximately 17 miles from the Chesapeake Bay.​ We are a two hour drive from Washington, D.C., and less than a three hour drive from Baltimore and Annapolis. Nearby cruising destinations include Point Lookout, Colonial Beach and Solomons Island, making Coles Point Marina a great homebase or must stop on your summer cruising schedule. FUEL DOCK
We are proud to announce that Coles Point Marina is one of the few marinas the Potomac River offering NON-Ethanol gasoline. We also have diesel fuel available. The fuel dock is located straight ahead as you enter the channel and the pumpout facility is on the end of C-Dock.

Standard Cancellation Policy
We have a 48 hours cancellation policy. In the event that you need to cancel within the 48 window, we will issue you a credit for a future stay.

Special Event and Holiday Cancellation Policy
We have a 72 hour cancellation policy for all special events and holidays including, but not limited to, Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th, Labor Day Weekend, etc. In the event that you need to cancel within the 72 hour window, we will issue you a credit for a future stay.
